Accepting these terms

By signing in to AnyAI Chat you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you do not agree, please do not use AnyAI Chat. These terms are an agreement between you and AnyAI Chat (“we”, “us”).

What AnyAI Chat is

AnyAI Chat is a chat app that connects to AI providers you choose, using your own API keys. We do not provide AI models ourselves. AnyAI Chat is free to use; if we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you first and nothing you use today will start costing money without your agreement.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account, and your AnyAI Chat account is tied to it. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens in your AnyAI Chat account. If you lose access to your Google account, you lose access to your AnyAI Chat account too; there is no way to recover it through us. An account is for one person.

Your AI providers and keys

You add endpoints and API keys yourself, and you need the right to use every key you add. Your use of each AI provider is governed by that provider’s own terms, which you accept with the provider, not with us.

Providers bill you directly for everything sent with your keys, including answers you stop, answers that fail part way and a request the app retries once by itself after a rate limit or an interruption. Costs shown in AnyAI Chat are estimates; your provider’s bill is the authoritative figure.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or any AI provider’s terms.
• Do not resell, sublicense or share access to AI models through AnyAI Chat; it is for your own use.
• Do not use AnyAI Chat to get around a provider’s limits or safety measures.
• Do not use someone else’s key without their permission.
• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach other people’s data.
• Do not use AnyAI Chat to harm others, including by creating or spreading illegal content.

Your content

What you write and the answers you receive are yours, as far as the law and your providers’ terms allow. You let us store and process your content only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for what you send to your providers.

Answers from AI

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. Check anything important before you rely on it. Answers come from the providers you choose, and we are not responsible for what models say.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep AnyAI Chat running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to shut AnyAI Chat down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app’s settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimer

AnyAI Chat is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for lost data or profits, or for charges from your AI providers. Our total liability to you for any claim about AnyAI Chat is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the version and the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app. You do not need to accept them again; continuing to use AnyAI Chat after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
